Transitioned into Product Manager role to lead the implementation and adoption of internal project tracking software. Trained and onboarded over 30 foremen and multiple coordinators and project managers. Provided hands-on support and gathered user feedback to inform continuous product improvements. Collaborated closely with PMs, the VP, and the CEO to prioritize features based on field insights. Estimated over 50 projects to better understand scope and accurately translate them into manageable tasks within the software, enhancing usability and alignment with real job site workflows.

Conceptualized and led the development of MAN HOUR REPORT, a mobile and web- based productivity tracking system for electrical construction sites. The tool streamlined job assignment, phase tracking, real-time performance monitoring, and issue reporting, reducing project delays and increasing field accountability by 30%. Designed user workflows and oversaw collaboration between field teams and developers.

As a staff leader volunteer, I fostered Gospel-centered learning, built relationships, and empowered youth to be active servant leaders. I led engaging activities, provided 1-on-1 discipleship, and taught drama and music skills for community outreach. Additionally, I spearheaded an outreach team across central India, organizing Gospel- centered activities in rural communities. Through this experience, I developed skills in servant leadership, accountability, creativity, and effective communication.

As Artist Controller for Malayalam action films, I recruited and managed stunt artists for high-impact action sequences, ensuring safety compliance and performance excellence. I maintained a comprehensive database of extra artists, coordinated their scheduling and logistics for on-set deployment, and conducted auditions to identify and onboard junior artists for supporting roles. I managed artist relations, contract negotiations, and day-of-set coordination to ensure seamless production workflow. As Production Controller for music videos with hip hop band Street Academics, I oversaw artist scheduling, coordinated creative direction with performers, and managed production timelines to deliver content on deadline while maintaining artistic vision.
